Journal

1) Make a list of the commands given in this passage. How would you summarize what God is calling his people to do?

2) Can you recall a time you rejoiced after obeying God in a way that was hard for you? How could this memory help you trust God in a new step of obedience?

3) How much does your current handling of finances and possessions challenge you to trust God? How might increasing your generosity enhance your relationship with Him?

4) Write a prayer asking God to show you how you can draw near to Him through a new form of obedient generosity.
