Esther was a woman as courageous as she was beautiful. Join us for our annual Women’s Retreat on Friday October 4th-Sunday October 6th, 2024 at Zephyr Point in Lake Tahoe. We will explore God‘s invisible attributes, his timeless triumph over evil, and discover the brave and beautiful spirit uniquely gifted to you.
Wendy Mahoney will lead us through the book of Esther, her heroic story of obedience and bravery, and the difficult choice she made to fulfill God’s purpose for His chosen people through her.
“And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” (Esther 4.14)
We will also hear personal journeys of bravery, obedience, and growth from our own Restoration Life women.
Saturday afternoon we will have ample free-time to rest, hike, paddle board, or prayer walk through the beauty of God’s creation in stunning Lake Tahoe!
Thank you for joining us as we build friendships with one another and dive deeper into scripture and how it applies to our daily life. We pray God’s blessing over you this weekend: that you may be strengthened, obedient, and brave when it comes to saying “yes” to God’s plan for and through you!

For three days on April 12, 13 and 14, we will get to work. Many hands make light work and we have created a job just right for you. From painting to yard work, skilled labor to heavy lifting, we need you. We need resources from donations from vendors like Home Depot to private individuals who can give cash. What part will you play? My challenge is that every single person who is part of our Church would do their part; no exceptions. We are at our best when we are together, pulling in the same direction. Maybe that's why this event has been such a great success for all these years... it's a picture of what God created the Church to be; unity in diversity creating maximum goodness. Yes, please!

Join us as we gather in the spectacular setting of Lake Tahoe where we plan to take a deep dive into the life of Joseph.
We will sow seeds of friendship and laughter and allow our bodies to be nourished in rest and recreation.
Check-in will be open of Friday at 4:30PM. Our time of retreat begins in the evening with dinner at 6:00PM, followed by the first teaching session. Friday night activities will wrap up by 9:00PM.
On Saturday, we have two teaching sessions followed by afternoon free time that will allow for fellowship, recreation, games, crafts or simply relaxation. We’ll finish up on Saturday night by the campfire at 8:30PM.
Sunday will be the last day of the retreat. This is our final session together so we encourage everyone to stay for this very special time.
In addition to registration, this year we ae asking people to consider volunteering for retreat activities, which are noted on the registration form.
